This privacy policy applies to the ReSay – Speaking Practice app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
ReSay is designed as a standalone speaking practice app. In the current version, the Application does not require account registration and does not upload your recordings or other personal content to the Service Provider's servers.
The Application stores all video and audio recordings locally on your device. The Service Provider does not have access to your personal recordings unless you explicitly choose to export or share them using features provided by your device or operating system.
The Application requires access to your device's camera and microphone to provide speaking practice functionality. All recordings are processed and stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit your video/audio recordings to external servers.
You retain full ownership and control over all recordings created through the Application. You can delete any recordings at any time through the Application's interface.
The Application does not collect or process biometric face data. It does not create or store face templates, facial landmarks, face geometry, or face identifiers. The only face-related content in the Application is your likeness as it may appear in a video that you intentionally record for speaking practice.
Face-related content is used only to provide the core speaking practice experience, including camera preview, recording, local playback, and review by you inside the app. It is not used for facial recognition, identity verification, profiling, analytics, or advertising.
In the current version of the Application, video recordings, audio recordings, face-related content, and local recording metadata are not uploaded to the Service Provider's servers and are not automatically shared with third parties.
If you explicitly choose to export or share a recording using your device's share features, the selected recording will be provided only to the destination or app that you choose. Any handling of exported content after that point is governed by the privacy practices of the destination you selected.
Future versions of the Application may introduce network-based features such as advertising display. If that happens, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are made available to explain what data is involved and how it is handled.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
You can also revoke camera and microphone permissions at any time through your device's settings.
All video recordings, audio recordings, face-related content contained in those recordings, and local recording metadata are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers. Such data remains on your device until you delete the recordings from within the Application, remove them through your device, or uninstall the Application.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
